Meet Me!
Hi, I’m Raydon, and I created Project Too Good To Toss. After seeing the amount of food being wasted in my household, school, and community, I wanted to create this project to empower youth by teaching how to waste less
food, by promoting more sustainable habits, and taking action to create a lasting impact in our community!
During this year, I’m excited to learn more about the community and ways that I can help teach others to waste less! Some events throughout this year will include teaching students about my project and ways to reduce food waste, volunteering at the Houston Food Bank to help package damaged/expired but still safe and edible food items to reduce food waste and help food-insecure families, and so much more! Stay tuned!
